This Zeylanica variation of Sansevieria trifasciata is characterized by wave-like striations across their green sword-shaped leaves. Also known as bowstring hemp, this plant’s strong natural fibers were once used to make bowstrings. 

About Sansevieria: Snake plants are originally from tropical grasslands and native to West Africa. Snake Plants are easy to care for houseplants for beginners. Commonly marketed as thriving in low light, it tolerates it but prefers bright light to grow large.

How to care for your Snake Plant:

Difficulty: Very easy
Light: Likes bright indirect, can tolerate low light.
Humidity: Low humidity is fine.
Watering: Water when completely dry.
