It reaches a height of 30-60 cm with a spread of 22-30 cm. The persistent, papery calyx displays purple-red hues, adorned with small white central florets, resembling stars in the night sky - hence its poetic name. The oblong anthers are characteristic, with a natural flowering period from summer to early autumn (June-August), though this can be regulated through cultivation. This plant thrives in sunny, dry and cool conditions, while being intolerant to waterlogging and humidity. It demonstrates excellent drought and salt tolerance, preferring loose, fertile, well-drained slightly alkaline soils.
- Valued for its long-lasting floral display and colorfast calyx that retains hue when dried, it serves as an outstanding ornamental for flower beds, borders and rock gardens, while being particularly prized for cut and dried flower arrangements. Ecologically, it contributes to soil structure improvement and erosion prevention. In traditional medicine, its sweet-cool nature and flavonoid content provide heat-clearing, detoxifying, vision-improving, yin-nourishing, kidney-tonifying, swelling-reducing and pain-relieving properties. Love them! Cooling to the eyes, easy to apply with no slipping. These eyes patches work and they’re great for the price. The only patches I’ll buy going forward. I just apply my eye cream first and then follow with the patches and you can definitely see the results once removing.

Amazing 1000/10 love this
Absolutely love this product can’t recommend it enough. I’m a waxer and tell all my clients about this product to prevent and treat ingrowns. Especially when there’s inflammation (red and painful). I have acne prone skin triggered by dairy/gluten and I use this after my Brazilian wax, on my face, my back and anywhere where I’m breaking out. The ingredients are great and not harsh on the skin. I’ve also been noticing my bikini hyperpigmentation slowly getting lighter too!
