The flowers bloom in the summer.The bulbs can be planted in open ground or in a pot. Potted bulbs aren't frost hardy, so bring the pot indoors or protect the plant with bubble wrap. Space the bulbs out when planting in open ground. The distance between plants is three times the width of the bulb. Plant the bulb the depth of three times the bulb's height. Plant the bulbs in full sun or partial shade. Water the bulb immediately after planting. Don't water it until the soil feels dry to the touch. The flower bulbs come in plant-based, organic packaging.
