The name FLORA refers to the goddess of the same name, who in Roman mythology was the goddess of all plants, flowers, and fertility. Today, the name is often used to denote plant life in general or in connection with the famous comprehensive 18th-century Danish encyclopedia of botany – the Flora Danica.

Bergs Pottery is designed in Denmark and handmade with love. Each pot is made from the best Italian premium quality Galestro clay at a small, family owned workshop in Northern Italy.
