The Atlas Stroll 'N Wagon® is the perfect addition to unforgettable family adventures. This versatile wagon offers push and pull steering and 3 different modes: riding, hauling, and bench mode. The adjustable push bar features a premium vegan leather grip and the Never Fall™ pull handle stays upright when not in use. There is no shortage of storage with the XL parent caddy, internal storage pockets, front mesh pocket and removable rear storage bag. The parent caddy features 2 insulated cupholders, zippered pocket, and a center compartment with magnetic lid while the rear storage bag doubles as a convenient tote bag with handles when removed from the wagon. The UV protection canopy has a peek-a-boo window and drop-down mesh shades on either side. The rear foot brake provides an extra layer of safety and stability. The quick-adjust 5-point safety harnesses and quilted seatbacks provide maximum comfort and security for riders as young as 12 months. Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

I’ve had to file a three claims over the years, and each time the experience has reinforced that this coverage is well worth the cost. When something fails outside the manufacturer’s warranty, it’s a relief knowing Asurion stands behind the product. Highly recommended for expensive electronics.
