Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Conditioning Shampoo cleanses and hydrates with natural coconut, monoi and vitamin E oils. Book content good but formats for both kindle and hard copy versions are not as expected

The info in the book is good however I originally purchased the kindle version but the format was difficult to read. It’s not like a regular kindle book. The book was beautiful and the pictures inside were in color. So I decided to go ahead and order the hard copy even though it was very expensive. I received it today and it’s in all in black and white. No beautiful colored pictures. For $45 it should be in color like the sample or kindle version. I spent $55 for both versions and neither is what I expected format wise. Just disappointing. It would be 5 stars of these issues were fixed. I attached a page of the kindle vs paperback.
