The Squeaker gave out the first week

The Squeaker worked at first, but it's not attached to anything on the inside, so it floats freely and is hard to locate and squeeze, without it slipping out of my grasp. After a week, the squeaker is now completely collapsed and doesn't work at all. Its a terrible design.
