Succulents are famously easy to care for: water lightly every couple of weeks when the soil becomes dry. For best results, plant in an open terrarium or container, as succulents do not enjoy a high level of humidity.

Unfortunately, as they are live, some plants don't always travel well. Sometimes, plants perk up after being planted in a terrarium and will thrive. At other times, there is simply no hope for the plant. If you find yourself in this position, please don't hesitate to send us some pictures of your poorly plants and we will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge. For this reason, we also ask that you order in plenty of time if you are buying plants as part of a gift, and let us know to prioritise your order so we have time to help you out.
