About :-
Dieffenbachia is a tropical plant that grows well indoors in lots of indirect light. It can tolerate low light, but its growth will slow dramatically. Given more light, it will quickly begin to grow again. Dieffenbachia prefers diffused sunlight or partial shade, but will tolerate full shade, which is why it is well-suited as a houseplant. It thrives in temperatures between 60 and 75°F. Your dieffenbachia should be watered regularly, with soil being allowed to dry between waterings.
Watering : Weekly Watering Required.
Sunlight : Keep in Bright indirect Sunlight.
Fertilization : Monthly Fertilization with any Organic/Chemical NPK fertilizers.

Boat once again starts
Easy install once I figured out how to reach the starter. Worked first try and my boat is starting again. I think being a contortionist would help with the install since it is under the engine and boats typically only have access from the top. It probably took me an hour to get the old one off and about 30 min to install the new.
The symptom of the broken one was a click sound when trying to start the motor, but nothing turning over. Same sound with new. Battery or a jumper.
