It's best to soak this seed mix for 12 hours before sowing. After soaking you can start early in pots or direct sow in the garden in spring after your last frost.

The way it stops almost immediately when fully charged and cool means it isn’t an overheating issue or weak battery issue from what I can tell. Very disappointed and wished I’d returned it the minute I had the first issue. I thought it might just be me not holding it firmly enough or needing to learn some trick, but it was definitely the unit going bad. Buyer beware.
