LimeLight Pro is a fast-acting, enhanced pelletized dolomitic limestone designed to gently raise soil pH and correct magnesium deficiencies so your lawn can fully use the fertilizer you apply. Each 50 lb bag treats up to 10,000 sq. ft., making it an easy, homeowner-friendly way to improve soil health and grow a greener, thicker lawn.

Low pH soils “lock up” nutrients, especially nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. LimeLight Pro helps neutralize excess acidity, unlocks those nutrients, and supplies a steady source of calcium and magnesium. The result is a healthier root system, stronger growth, and deeper green color across your lawn, garden beds, and wildlife areas.

Why Choose LimeLight Pro?

  • Fast-acting formula: Fine, pelletized dolomitic limestone starts working quickly to raise low pH and improve soil conditions.
  • Supports fertilizer performance: Helps your existing fertilizer work better by reducing soil acidity so more nutrients are available to the grass.
  • Adds essential magnesium: Ideal for soils low in magnesium, helping support strong roots and richer green color.
  • Long-lasting results: Designed for extended activity in the soil, providing ongoing pH correction and nutrient support.
  • Safe for your property: Can be used on lawns, gardens, and wildlife areas when applied as directed.
  • Easy to spread: Clean, pelletized granules flow smoothly through most rotary or drop spreaders with minimal dust.

Where To Use

Use LimeLight Pro on cool- and warm-season lawns, around trees and shrubs, in vegetable and flower gardens, and in wildlife food plots or naturalized areas. It is especially helpful in regions with naturally acidic soils or where heavy rainfall tends to leach nutrients and lower soil pH.

How It Helps Your Lawn

If your lawn struggles with weak growth, dull color, or poor response to fertilizer, low pH may be the problem. LimeLight Pro helps:

  • Raise low soil pH toward the ideal range for turfgrass.
  • Improve availability of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients.
  • Supply calcium and magnesium for stronger, more resilient turf.
  • Promote deeper roots and better stress tolerance during heat and drought.

For best results, apply with a broadcast spreader according to the label directions and water in if rainfall is not expected soon. Test your soil periodically to monitor pH and magnesium levels and reapply as needed to maintain a healthy balance.

Excellent 11 hole jig
Size: 11 Holes
This jig worked excellently. It doesn't have any instructions, so I watched the video of it. I set it up the way the video showed, and I got decent results. Deducted a star since no instructions.

Good jig
Size: 11 Holes
The jig itself is great. The markings make it easy to be consistent; the design is well thought-out; and the build quality is good. I would recommend replacing the drill bit, though. A nice brad point will serve you better.

In the trash after a single use
Size: 11 Holes
For context, I’m a seasoned woodworker and always evaluate tools with the price in mind. This seemed like a good deal and in fact when it arrived, it looked and felt like reasonable quality for the price. Unhappily, the first bookshelf I drilled was off from side to side by almost 3 mm which would make a really wobbly shelf situation. It took a while to figure out what was happening, but I finally realized the metal bushings that guide the drill bit are so soft that they cored out from contact with the bit even though I was cautious to not put the bit in under power but to get it in the bushing and aligned before drilling. Still, the bushings started angling immediately. So when you then use those angled bushings to set the pin for the next series, it’s off by a little bit. Then the next is off by a little more…. By the time I drilled holes up and down a 6’ high shelf, the bushings were out of square, the holes were 3 mm out of alignment, and the shelf sides were firewood. Back to the drawing board and this goes in the trash, I’m afraid.
