    Plant Description:

Howeia forsteriana, commonly known as the New Zealand kauri or "Kauri Pine", is a species of tree native to New Zealand. It is a member of the Agathis family, and is known for its tall, straight trunk and large, glossy leaves. The Kauri Pine is an evergreen tree that can grow up to 150 feet tall and can live for over 1,000 years. It is found in lowland and montane forests, and is an important part of the ecosystem in New Zealand, providing habitat for many native species of birds and animals. The wood of the Kauri Pine is hard and durable, and has been used by the Maori people of New Zealand for centuries to make tools, weapons, and other objects.

    Growing tips:

To care for a Howeia forsteriana plant, follow these general guidelines:

    1. Light: The Kauri Pine prefers bright, indirect light, but can tolerate some shade. Avoid placing it in direct sun, as this can cause the leaves to become scorched.

    2. Water: Water your Kauri Pine regularly, making sure to keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering again.

    3. Temperature: The Kauri Pine is not tolerant of extreme temperatures, and should be kept in a room with a consistent temperature between 60-75°F. Avoid placing it in a drafty or very cold location.

    4. Soil: The Kauri Pine prefers a well-draining soil mix that is rich in organic matter. Use a soil mix that is specifically formulated for coniferous plants or mix your own using equal parts peat moss, perlite, and coarse sand.

    5. Fertilizer: Feed your Kauri Pine with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer according to the package instructions, or use a weak solution of liquid fertilizer every month during the growing season.

    6. Pruning: The Kauri Pine does not require pruning, but you can remove any dead or damaged branches as needed.

    7. Repotting: Repot your Kauri Pine every few years as needed, using a pot that is only slightly larger than the current one. Be careful not to disturb the roots too much when repotting.

By following these guidelines, you can help your Howeia forsteriana plant thrive and grow.

    Benefits:

There are several benefits to having a Howeia forsteriana plant in your home or garden:

    1. Air purification: The Kauri Pine is known to remove pollutants from the air, making it a great choice for improving indoor air quality.

    2. Decorative: The Kauri Pine is a beautiful plant with a tall, straight trunk and large, glossy leaves, making it a striking addition to any home or garden.

    3. Low maintenance: The Kauri Pine is a relatively low-maintenance plant that is easy to care for. It does not require frequent watering or pruning, and can tolerate a wide range of soil types and light conditions.

    4. Long-lived: The Kauri Pine is a long-lived plant, with some specimens known to live for over 1,000 years.

    5. Versatility: The Kauri Pine can be grown indoors or outdoors, making it a versatile plant that can be enjoyed in a variety of settings.

Overall, the Howeia forsteriana plant is a beautiful and low-maintenance choice for anyone looking to add a touch of nature to their home or garden.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
    Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

    delightful read
    Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

    not bad
    Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

    Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
    Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger
