OTHER: This beautiful Palm is native to the deserts of the US & Mexico, but always near a water source. Think of a beautiful desert oasis! The trees have a single unbranched trunk, & are topped with huge 3 – 6’ wide fan shaped leaves. The leaves are evergreen & they are stiff, not drooping. Cottony leaf threads stay on plant, & if the old leaves are not removed, they will cover the trunk of the tree. This is not a bad thing. This ‘Petticoat’ provides a great protected tiki hut-like shelter for all kinds of small wildlife seeking refuge. This skirt actually creates a microhabitat within its protection for small birds & invertebrates.

The California Fan Palm has huge drooping clusters of flowers from July to August. They turn into a sweetly flavored fruit that is used to make jellies & drinks. Birds & other wildlife will enjoy eating the fruit too. Native Americans used the fruit & nuts of the fan palm, & its leaves for woven baskets & thatched roofs.

These palms can be grown in containers as a houseplant, or they can be transplanted from a container unlike a like of palms. They are also very tolerant of coastal conditions like wind & salt.

Did you know ... ? Washingtonia filifera is the only palm native to the Western United States, and is the country's largest native palm.

Easy to use
Color: Black
I don’t know how I lived without this device. Arthritic hands have made the job very hard. This has been a lifesaver. Don’t wait and get it now. It doesn’t hurt that it comes with some nice accessories.

Follow all the instructions
Color: Black
I really really like this product. Just be sure to read the directions about the charging required before first use. The instructions were simple and easy to understand when using a large bottle of wine. Be sure to hold the bottle securely or in may want to turn as the cart plunger goes down

Very good opener with some cheap attachments
Color: Black
This is a very good wine opener. It's light weight, well made, and opens bottles with no issues. Best part about this one that sets it apart from the competition is the charging base. I've tried a couple different ones so far and they all require you to plug a cord directly into the unit to charge it. With this one, it charges as soon as you set it into the base so you don't forget. The con with this one however is that the foil cutter is stored in the base and doesn't snap onto the unit itself like my old one. It's a very small inconvenience but just worth noting. The wine stopper and aerator are kind of like plastic toys but i really don't use them anyways. For the price though, having a charging base is worth the switch. Overall, really like this opener.
