A small non-refundable fee will be charged for re-sizing an existing ring, or you can choose to re-size the ring by yourself and receive a discount.

REFUND AND EXCHANGES
Your 100% Satisfaction is our commitment! We will do our best to ensure a smooth return and exchange process.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a FULL refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost.
Please note that custom-made items cannot be refunded, and the re-sizing fee is non-refundable.
We ONLY issue a refund for items in resalable condition.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
The production time is approximately 4-8 weeks.
A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
Once production starts, no refunds will be available.
The remaining 50% payment will be required after production.

ONE YEAR THE WIND LIMITED WARRANTY
The Wind stands behind the quality and workmanship of our products. Products with a manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced without question or charge.
The Wind provides a limited warranty for all products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.
Please note that the limited warranty does not cover normal wear, excessive wear, damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper handling, loss, accident, alterations, neglect, or disassembly. Cosmetic damage that occurs over time and during normal use, such as scratches on the finish or instances of the coating rubbing or wearing off, is considered normal wear and is not covered by the warranty.
The Wind Warranty does not cover the main Gemstones.
All associated freight costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
