Germination: 5-20 days

Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures 65-70ºF

Seed Planting Depth: Sow ¼” deep

Starting Indoors:  Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Provide 65-70ºF soil temperature for germination. Transplant 6-9” apart around the last frost. 

Sowing Outdoors: Direct sow 3-4 weeks before the last frost or in autumn where winters are mild. Space a few seeds every 6-9” apart or lightly scatter them in a prepared area.

Light Needs: Full sun or part shade

Soil Needs: Average to moist but well-drained.
