Botanisk Beskrivning

Aglaonema commutatum är arten och 'King of Siam' är kultivaren. Arten kommer från centrala Malaysia.

Aglaonema king of siam får stora, elliptiska till ovala blad med en mörkgrön basfärg och silverröd mönstring. Bladen är glansiga och kan bli upp till 20-30 cm långa och 10-15 cm breda. De har en tydlig, nästan metallisk glans. Som krukväxt blir den buskig och växer uppåt. 

Aglaonema commutatum 'King of Siam' är perfekt för inomhusmiljöer utan tillgång till starka ljusförhållanden.

Skötsel

Aglaonema 'king of siam' ska odlas i väldränerad jord, gärna en mix för tropiska växter som vår torvfria jord. Växten föredrar starkt, indirekt ljus men kan även trivas i lägre ljusförhållanden.
