<WHEN PLANTS ARRIVE>
- Unpack and give your plants some water as soon as possible—but don't worry if they seem a bit stressed. They'll perk up in no time! Put them in a fairly bright area, but away from direct light while they are acclimating.
- If your plant looks sad or stressed upon arrival, leave it in the shipping medium for a few days before repotting. (These plants can be repotted in any well-draining medium of your choice)
- It can be completely normal for your new plants to be slightly dramatic once they arrive. Don't worry if you notice some yellowing on the tips or if you lose a leaf or two.
- If your plants are dead on arrival, send us pictures immediately (within 24 hours) and we will work through what to do from there.
<SHIPPING DETAILS>
We pack and ship orders Monday through Wednesday. We carefully pack each plant and use different materials to meet each plant’s sensitivity needs. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and know when your plant will arrive. The plants should be brought in immediately upon arrival. If you are going to be out of town or need us to hold the package for any reason, we are happy to do so.
Our plants are packed and shipped via USPS Priority which includes $100 of insurance for delays and handling damages. Claims require postmarked mailing receipt, proof of value of the shipment and the damaged goods. Unfortunately, the shipping process is out of our control and cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping
<REFUND POLICY>
In order to receive a full refund, please submit photos and/or video showing that the plants were dead on arrival within 24 hours of your package being delivered. Please note that shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Asurion is a good investment

Works, but reimbursement for damaged items come via Amazon Gift Card, not Cash
Just confirming that this protection plan actually works.
Asurion first told me that they'd try and repair my item.
Likely, they couldn't find someone to repair the type of item I bought (KVM), so they offered payment (original cost of the item) via Amazon Gift Card.
Giving 4 out of 5 stars -> 4 instead of 5 because Amazon Gift Card isn't Cash. Cash is always better.

When Acer's Warranty Policy left my high and dry, Asurion Protection came to the rescue
My Acer Monitor was damaged during a brownout due to a lightning strike close to my house; Acer Customer Support told me that their warranty did not cover this sort of damage but luckily for me, Asurion Protection did. I simply mailed them the item for repairs with their shipping label, and once they realized that the item was damaged beyond repair, they emailed me an Amazon Gift Card Code with the amount spent on the monitor; I'm extremely happy that I bought their protection because without it, I would have had to pay the price of a new monitor to get my PC Setup back into commission.
