If you are looking to extend a fence post, then these Fence Post Extender Brackets are exactly what you need. These would typically be used when extending a fence post to install a trellis. or a repair job if the top of your fence post has broken. Just slot each of the brackets on either side of the fence post, secure in place, then slot the extension in and secure that to the brackets too! The brackets are supplied as a pair, allowing you to cover the timber fence posts on all 4 sides.

We offer 3 different sizes of bracket, based on the most popular sizes of wood on the UK market. There are versions available for 3", 4", 5" and 6" timber. There will be 4, 7.5mm screw holes on the bracket. They alllow you to screw the wood to the bracket into each piece of timber in 4 separate places. The screw holes are staggered to allow all screw holes to be used without any chance of clashing within the wood. These are suitable for use with any timber fixing screws, we recommend our SleeperFit Black Timber Railway Screws. 

These brackets are made from heavy-duty British steel. This ensures strength and durability. You can choose between a textured black or galvanised steel finish. The textured black version adds a stylish touch to your decking. Each version will ensure rust-proofing to avoid corrosion or damage to your brackets or fence posts.

Installation Instructions:
