product care

The Doona seat cover, shoulder pads and canopy can be removed for washing. Before cleaning, check the care label sewn on the seat cover, for washing instructions.  If the seat cover needs to be replaced at any time, use only an official Doona seat cover because it constitute an integral part of the restraint performance. To clean the shell, you can use a damp cloth.

warranty

For the Doona+ Car Seat, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty period is effective from the day of purchase.

delivery

We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £2.99 on all orders that have a value of £49.99 or less. Any orders over the total value of £50 or more include delivery free of charge. The Doona Car Seat and Liki Trike can only be delivered to the UK or Ireland. For all other CuddleCo products, there may be a surcharge for addresses located outside of mainland UK, including addresses within the Highlands & Islands and Ireland.
