Description

Baby’s Breath Flower Seeds (Gypsophila elegans) – 2000+ Non-GMO Heirloom Seeds for Planting, Delicate White Blooms Ideal for Bouquets & Borders, by Isla’s Garden Seeds, Gift Idea for Gardeners

Baby’s Breath (Gypsophila elegans) is a timeless annual flower celebrated for its airy clusters of tiny white blooms and graceful texture. Often used as a filler in floral arrangements, Baby’s Breath adds a soft, romantic touch to bouquets, borders, and wildflower gardens. Its delicate blossoms contrast beautifully with vibrant flowers, creating a balanced and elegant display.

This fast-growing, easy-to-care-for plant thrives in full sun and well-draining soil, blooming profusely throughout the summer. Baby’s Breath typically reaches 18–24 inches in height and spreads gently, making it ideal for edging paths, filling gaps in flower beds, or growing as a cut-flower companion to roses and zinnias.

Perfect for drying, Baby’s Breath retains its beauty long after harvest, making it a favorite for wreaths, arrangements, and everlasting crafts. Its long stems and light, cloud-like texture bring a soft charm to any floral setting.

Whether planted as a feature flower or a delicate complement to brighter blooms, Baby’s Breath offers gardeners continuous beauty, versatility, and elegance all season long.

🌱Planting Instructions

Approx seeds per order 2000

Sow seeds directly outdoors after the last frost once the soil has warmed, or start indoors 4–6 weeks early for transplants. Choose a sunny site with well-draining soil and minimal competition from larger plants. Avoid rich soil, as it can cause weak, floppy growth.

Scatter seeds thinly over the surface and lightly press them into the soil without covering deeply—Baby’s Breath requires light for germination. Keep soil lightly moist until seedlings appear, usually within 10–14 days. Thin young plants to 6–8 inches apart for best airflow and flowering.

Water sparingly once established, as Baby’s Breath prefers drier conditions. For continuous blooms, sow successively every few weeks. Cut flowers when about half the blooms on each stem are open for the longest vase life.

Amazing guide for life
Format: Kindle
In 12 Universal Skills: The Beginner's Guide to a Successful Work Life, Peter Scheele and Nina Bech-Andersen stress the significance of interpersonal skills for achieving success in both personal and professional spheres. These skills, known as "soft skills," "essential skills," "human skills," or "universal skills," are crucial. The authors offer practical guidance and techniques to enhance individual effectiveness, covering essential areas like time management, communication, decision making, job hunting, and goal setting. Although the book's content may seem obvious, it goes beyond explaining what and why, providing actionable advice on how to improve productivity. The book is not only suitable for beginners but also for business professionals aiming to enhance their interpersonal abilities. As an adjunct professor of leadership at esteemed universities, I highly recommend "12 Universal Skills" as an excellent resource that equips students with the tools they need to succeed both now and in the future.

Covers lots of important topics
Format: Kindle
12 Universal Skills by Peter Scheele and Nina Bech-Andersen is one of those books that comes across as something that should be taught in a college level classroom. If I was going to rename the book, I would call it How to Work With People. This is a general skill that we never really learn much about, but so much of our lives both professionally and personally are based around this idea. Some of the topics included here are how to solve conflicts with others, how to manage your time, and how to work as part of a team. These are skills that we are expected to practice as we make our way through school, but are never truly taught to us making them areas of weakness that need to be addressed. If you are starting a career, just getting out of school, or are simply looking for ways to improve yourself then this is a a great read for you.
