Important rules : 

1.  Do not place an order before fully understanding the betta fish import process. The prices listed on the products already include PayPal tax, packing, local shipping here, and handling fees up to the shipment date. You only need to pay the local shipping cost to your transhipper.
2. Inform us about the transhipper you are using before or after placing an order.
3. We will send a confirmation email along with the transhipper's contact/profile to the buyer for every order. If there is no response or confirmation from the buyer within three weeks, the order will be considered forfeited.
4. You can replace a fish you have ordered with another fish on the website of equal or lower value.
5. Orders that have been placed cannot be canceled for any reason, except as stated in Point 6 below.
6. If any fish from your order dies while being handled here, we will notify you. You have the right to choose a replacement fish from the website up to 150% of the value of the deceased fish. Alternatively, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund (your funds will be deducted by PayPal tax).
7. If any fish dies during transit (at the transhipper’s place) or upon arrival at the buyer’s address, we will send a replacement fish in the next shipment. You have the right to choose a replacement fish from the website up to 150% of the value of the deceased fish.
8. By placing an order, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms and conditions.
