- All orders received by 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, can be delivered the same day.
- For orders received after 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday and all day on Sunday, it will be processed and delivered the next business day.
- Please allow up to four-hour lead time on all orders from the time they are placed and the time they are delivered.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions may be necessary depending on the seasonal availability of flowers/plants that are selected. Every effort is made to use the flowers that are pictured in the arrangements, however, when substitutions are made they will be made with flowers of equal or greater value.

Excellent cardboard stem that hold the cotton fluff secure and is environmentally friendly. No skin sensitivity. There is no scent making it great for those sensitive to odor or fragrance. The clean completely without the cotton falling apart. Excellent value.

We reorder this item frequently. The cotton content is excellent and is thick. It doesn’t pull off easily. The quantity in the box is plenty to get our family of four through a month. If you have skin sensitivity, these are for you. We have sensitive skin in our family and have no concerns with this product.
