There is a rotating cam with an upper thigh pad.  There are comfortable balance bars facing the machine as well as facing out.  This machine is great for a rehabilitation type setting such as a physical therapy practice.  It has an exercise placard that shows the basic operation of the machine as well as the muscle groups involved. Item is very well built and compact for a health club setting as well.

Glowy but not sure about the spf

My first impression was that this works more like a basic body shimmer than anything else. The Glistening Bronze shade gives a noticeable glow, especially on arms and shoulders. It spreads easily and adds a warm shimmer in the light, but the overall effect feels pretty simple and more cosmetic than skincare focused. In use, the oil blends in smoothly and feels lightweight on the skin. It does leave a bit of moisture behind, similar to a light body oil, and the shimmer shows up well outdoors. The bronze tone is fairly deep, so it seems better suited for medium to darker skin tones or anyone who wants a stronger bronzed glow. The product mentions SPF 45, but there is very little information about the sun protection side of it, so I personally treat this more like a shimmer oil than a sunscreen. Overall, this is fine if you are mainly looking for a body shimmer that adds glow and a bronzed look.
