Plant photos represent one plant in a group of similar plants in size and colour. Not exact plant, but as close as possible representation. Variegation by nature is unpredictable and uniformity in variegation cannot be guaranteed.

Tissue Culture plants are shipped in sterile agar media. We cannot guarantee that plants won’t roll in media/jelly during shipping, due to courier handling. We also cannot accept claims if tubs break in shipping (it is unlikely though). In such a case, you would then need to acclimate your plants immediately on arrival.
It is up to the customer to be able to provide proper acclimation to the plantlets. We are happy to help answer any questions you may have in regards to the process of acclimating plants. Fuzzy Roots will not be held liable for plantlets that do not survive acclimation. By purchasing this product, you agree to these terms.
