Terroir: Fontodi's 90 hectares of south-facing estate vineyards sit at approximately 450 meters above sea level in Panzano's celebrated Conca d'Oro — the "golden shell," an amphitheatre-shaped hillside that concentrates sunlight and warmth while the elevation and surrounding forests provide cooling diurnal shifts.
