Phenomenal is also able to take colder winters and hot, humid summers better than others. Phenomenal lavender are great for drying and using in potpourris. This large hedging lavender adds a lovely barrier along fence lines or around unsightly areas of the landscape. Deer tend to avoid phenomenal lavender plants, making it a smart choice for hosta and daylily beds. It definitely calms eczema.
I love this stuff. However, my bottle came with no sprayer top. I asked Amazon to send me a top, and they would not unless I returned the whole bottle. I didn't want to have to go through the hassle so I just bastardized another bottle with the same kind of sprayer, washed it, and used it on this.

Do not recommend
Burns like a chemical burn!!! Been using for 2weeks twice daily and no burn does not go away nor did skin improve I'm broke out all over! And I'm 44 not a teen fyi.
