      Care & Wash

      We recommend to follow these steps to flatten and sanitize your mattress before use: 

      1. Place your mattress on the flat surface & spray your mattress with clean water until damp; 
      3. Iron the mattress on 'high' while still wet to create a steaming effect until completely dry;
      4. Repeat if needed until getting the mattress to completely smooth out. 
      5. Air-dry completely, in sunlight if possible;

      Your baby mattress is made from 100% raw flax fibers & 100% untreated linen fabric. Both of these organic materials naturally preserve antibacterial properties and are not afraid of water or hot iron.  

      Wholesome Linen mattresses last for years. There are some rules, though, that should be followed:

      1. Mattress should be rotated once a week in the first two months (top to toe and side to side) to distribute the wear evenly. After this period it is advisable to flip it once a month. 
      2. Once a year, on a sunny day, allow it to air out (sun has a natural cleaning ability). 
      3. Stains should be treated using a solution of one part white vinegar to three parts water and then air-dried completely, in sunlight if possible or iron the mattress on 'high' while still wet to create steaming effect until dry.

      Scent and application does not irritate my very sensitive lungs and skin
      I am having excellent luck with this sunblock! I have sensitive skin and am extremely sensitive to some aerosol and scented products. This has not been an issue with me in any way. We do apply this outside for more ventilation. I have not used this on small children. This has primarily been tried by adults in my household. It’s super easy to apply, not oily, and so far is providing sun protection. I have not used this and then entered water. Our use has been for just everyday running around. It has not irritated anyone’s skin and no one has been burned by the sun- so gonna say it’s a win. This is very likely my new brand. I will update this review over the summer with how it holds up at the beach and pool. It’s doing a great job for basic outside recreation and play

      Nice refreshing sunscreen
      Great spray sunscreen. Don't even notice any difference between this organic sunscreen and regular sunscreen. It sprays nice and evenly and provides good protection for a reasonable time. I've used this during a number of workouts out in the sun, sweating, for a few hours at a time. It sprays pretty lightly on, and stays on. Once it sprays on, while it feels light, you do feel it (like a little sticky on your skin), same as any other sunscreen really though.

      Great summer scent, easy to apply, non greasy.
      We LOVE spray on sunscreen. So much easier to apply, especially to yourself in the harder to reach areas. My kids like it better too, doesn't take as long so they can get to the fun stuff. This smells great, I love summer scents. It doesn't leave you feeling greasy or like you've just tarred and feathered yourself in cream and then sand. It's an SPF 50, so extra strong and does well at protecting. I do wish it was a little cheaper, so I watch for it go on sale and stock up.

      Best sunscreen ever!!!
      This is the BEST SUNCREEN. It’s all we use-and I know, I know it’s expensive (standard is $30 a bottle) BUT it does go on sale quite often for like $20 ish which is what competitors run for and this is WAY cleaner. It’s made of a lot of organic ingredients and this one smells summery but they have unscented options too-that’s normally what I get! You can get spf 30 or 50 and they both work so well, never been burned wearing it. It’s a fine spray that goes on clear and dries quick-no white cast, no rubbing in. We live in a hot state that is sunny a lot of the year so we need a good sunscreen year round and this ticks all my boxes. This is the best product coola offers!! My entire family uses it.

      I love this product. The size is perfect, it smells amazing, and my skin has no reaction to it whatsoever (aside from what it’s supposed to do). So just a little background, my mother is Caucasian- my father is African American. I can either get a sun burn or get super tan- all depends on what products I use while under the sun. In the past, low quality products have given me a sunburn over a period of long sun exposure. Contrary to that, high quality products require me to apply less and will prevent me from sunburns. I do have to reapply, depending how much sun exposure I am getting. I originally purchased this product for a week long trip to Mexico with my boyfriend. I only bought 2 bottles- and we spent A LOT of time on the beach/ getting sun. We both used the sunscreen and STILL HAD LEFTOVERS after our trip (half a bottle still full). In addition, neither of us got sunburns- he got a nice sun kissed glow and I got a tan! It is TSA carry-on approved, very lightweight, and easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone who asks! 10/10 will repurchase again :-)
