If you’ve cared for a Monstera deliciosa before, then you already have a great head start since caring for the Albo is pretty similar. 

Growth is slower and more sunlight is required due to the splotches of variegation that lack chlorophyll.

While not difficult to care for, it does require special attention due to its unusual color variation:

• Plenty of bright, indirect light (low light hinders the variation, but direct is too much)
• Water with distilled or rain water so the water is free from harmful chemicals. 
• Keep the soil moist but not soggy – adequate drainage is key 
• Humidity – achieve this with regular misting
