Originally originally from South Africa. since the 19th century, Asparagus Fern has been considered as one of the most popular plants which you could grow and take care of in your own house. It is relatively easy to take care of and it is not that demanding at all compared to some other indoor plants. Asparagus Fern is not technically a fern, but a type of Lily producing small, white flowers that bloom from summer to autumn, with the addition that it could also produce very tiny red berries.
- Soak seeds in a cup of tap water for 24 hours. Do not allow to dry out before sowing.
- Prepare compost mix - ideally a mix of 50% regular compost, 50% vermiculite (which I sell in the Accessories section of my eBay shop)
- Microwave a compost mix for 2 minutes to kill bacteria
- Allow compost to cool
- Water compost and wait 10 minutes for any excess to drain away
- Fill small clean pots or trays with the compost mix
- Make small holes using a pencil about 1/4 inch deep.
- Drop 2 seeds in each hole
- Cover holes with compost
- Asparagus ferns like warm temperatures (25C to 30C) and down to 20C at night to germinate optimally
- Ideally use a heat mat or heated propagator with trays covered with plastic or film but with air holes open). Nut any warm, bright indoor location out of direct sun should be fine.
- Water carefully ensuring not to wet or dry - misting with a bottle works well.
- Germination should take around 3 to 4 weeks
- If both seeds in a hole germinate, pinch out the weaker looking one.
- Once germinated, Asparagus ferns prefer bright locations and love moist air - so bathrooms and kitchens are popular.
- Mist leaves with water regularly
- Pot on as required, but always into a pot that is only slightly bigger than the previous one.
There are loads of guides out there on the internet that you might want to check out on how to keep these plants healthy and how to multiply them.

Was so hopeful!
Style: Lobster, Size: One Size, Style: Lobster, Size: One Size
My dog Dax is like a big German Shepherd trapped in a little Chawinnie. he’s only one and loves to chew on stuffed toys like this. I was excited to try this brand out because it looked very promising. Unfortunately only lasted a little over 48 hours and he was able to gutt it out & rip off the eyes. He really loved it though, it has a different sounding squeaker and when he bit it the tail would flop up/down, I also like that the squeaker part was right in the middle which made it hard for him to get to it since his mouth is small.. despite that he was still able too. The size was perfect for him though so I’ll probably sew it up and give ir back to him then order another one. Giving 4 stars because it’s well made can’t help that my dogs ferocious!

My fur baby loves this toy.
Style: Lobster, Size: One Size
This toy works for my fur baby because she is a small Shih Tzu and not a rough chewer. It has lasted and has proved durable for her but may not be appropriate for an aggressive chewer or for a large fur baby. Because it is made of soft cloth I would not recommend for teething. Otherwise, I found this toy to be reasonably priced and one my fur baby loves to play with.

GoDog is usually tough; not this one
Godog is usually my go-to for soft toys that will last. My staffy/bully is a toy surgeon who like most pitties can shred a “ indestructible” toy in seconds. I have found a few that last him a long time: West Paw rumpus, some Fluff n Tuffs, some GoDog and the Benebone maple stick (although be careful with the latter, my boy broke a tooth on one 🤦♀️). He does eventually destroy some of those but more like six months to a year not minutes. He has a collection of GoDog dragons / dinosaurs that have lasted him like a year! They get ragged and sometimes one day he decides to really take it apart, but mostly they’re so big and have so many floppy parts that he just runs around proudly with them or sleeps with them or choose them gently for hours. This one wasn’t like any of the other godog toys we have. Maybe there’s a reason it was half off…Not tough at all. A toy has to last at least five minutes. It didn’t even last five minutes and the ears were off and the squeaker was out. Not well made. I do generally like the brand though.
