Subscription boxes can really suck.... but we think they can be great!

I've seen countless social media posts of unhappy succulent subscription box customers.  They received a beautiful box and glossy  literature with 2 puny and rotting barely rooted cuttings. That gives us frowny faces.

Our subscription box is different (and we think better)!

Your box will be packaged in the same box as all our orders and any special care instructions will be included in a post on my Instagram (www.instagram.com/thisdoesntsucculent).

Why aren't we including a fancy box and glossy care cards?  Because we value you as a customer and want to put all our focus and money into the PLANTS since that is what you're actually buying.

No gimmicks or worthless freebies just gorgeous plants!  We don't have the cheapest succulent box you'll find but we do have the best!

So what DO you get?

1) once per quarter (4 times per year) that box will contain "rare" and hard-to-find succulents most of which will be imports,  Occasionally, I find something amazing nearby. These plants will vary box to box and could be echeveria, graptopetalum, cactus or something else. There won't be any repeats in a year (so a 2022 rare box might include something that was in a 2021 rare box).  I'll focus on variegated, crested, or otherwise awesome "rare" and hard-to-find succulents. It'll be a surprise of what is coming each quarter.  You'll receive 1-2 rare plants per box depending upon variety and size.

2 ) My imports aren't standard size but you'll receive a good value for your money. My goal is to have succulents that are exclusive to the subscription boxes.

3) You will be charged $35 (plus tax for California residents) every 3 months (once per quarter) every quarter until you cancel your subscription.

4) The cost of each box is averaged out over the length of your subscription so that there is an equal monthly payment, Should you decide to cancel at any time during your subscription there will be a $10 cancelation fee on regular boxes and $15 on heat pack subscription boxes. You must cancel by the 10th of the month prior to when your box is due to ship.

5) Your subscription box is all inclusive and there is no additional charge for shipping. ALL boxes will ship priority mail the first week of the first month of the quarter.  This is another reason our price is higher than other boxes you'll find. We don't want to risk your plant's health by having extra time in the box while in route to you.

**IF YOU LIVE IN AN AREA THAT GETS COLD WEATHER IN THE WINTER MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE "WITH HEAT PACK" WHEN SELECTING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.  THE COST DIFFERENCE IS ONLY FOR THE HEAT PACK COST AND EXTRA SHIPPING.**

Due to the lead time for procuring imported succulents the rare boxes are on set months.  JANUARY, APRIL, JULY, and OCTOBER only (barring any delays with imports arriving).  Unfortunately this can cause up to a 2 month wait to get onto the quarterly cycle of shipments. Payments must be received 6 weeks before the first week of the first month of the quarter to ship on schedule. If I have extra inventory of that box's plant I can ship your subscription to catch you up with the cycle.

Picture is representative of imports. Imports you receive may or may not be the same variety of those pictured. You'll receive 1-2 plants per quarter.

This $35 is once per QUARTER.

Click HERE if you need a heat pack.

Aggressive chewer who loves fetch approved!!
Size: Medium, Size: Medium
I highly recommend the Chuck-It brand in general, especially for dogs with an aggressive bite. These balls are awesome and are the most durable balls I’ve bought for my 50 lbs lab mix. He has not been able to break one of them yet and we’ve had a few of the squeaky balls for months. They are a bit pricey but worth it. The one in the pic has been used for months, lives outside and you can see it’s still in great shape.

Good quality dog ball for playing fetch
Size: Medium
My dog and family love these chuck it balls to play fetch with our dog. They are durable and fun. They squeak which is added fun for any dog! Regular tennis balls my dog chews apart and they get pretty gross after playing and being left outside. These can be easily washed off and cleaned. These balls last! Would recommend to anyone with a dog and would purchase again.

Bouncy, not hard, and good value.
Style: Fetch Balls (Pack of 10), Size: 2.5 inch
Great balls for the ball launcher and not rockhard like some of the solid rubber balls. These have great bounce, and because of the two holes, they make a fun whistling noise as they fly through the air. My dogs love them and they are a good value. By the way, if you throw them too hard, they will go through chain-link and no climb fence because they squish a bit!

Excellent dog balls — safe design and very durable
Style: Fetch Balls (Pack of 3), Size: 2.5 inch
These fetch balls from Amazon Basics are fantastic, and my dog absolutely loves them. One of the biggest reasons I prefer these over other brands is the hole that runs through the center of the ball. This is a very important safety feature: if a dog were to accidentally get the ball stuck in the back of the throat, the hole allows air to pass through. That small detail could literally make a life-saving difference. Aside from the safety benefit, they bounce well, are easy to clean, and hold up to a lot of playtime. They’re firm but not rock-hard, and my dog goes crazy for them. Great value, great quality, and a thoughtful design. Highly recommended for dog owners who want a safer alternative to standard solid rubber balls.
