- Recommended to be fixed on a stud for load bearing.
- Can withstand roughly 10-20 LB per hook when mounted on wall.
After many requests we are now introducing our hanging planter wall hook. Instead of placing a plant on your desk or shelf, hang it on the wall using wooden hooks for a more interesting look. They are understated yet stylish and add a modern minimalist touch to the space.
These plant hooks offer a groove so that the ropes you have your plant strapped to do not slide and remain in place. Our handmade wood is sourced from local lumbar yards and made in the USA. My hooks will never be sourced from China or a third party and sold for more.
THREE PREMIUM WOOD TYPE:
1. Oak Wood (may have a rustic coarse texture with different undertone coloring)
2. Maple Wood (strong wood with a fine uniform texture with straight grain)
3. Walnut Wood (heavy, hard, durable with a fine grain and silky finish)
MOUNTING HARDWARE INCLUDED: we provide the screws already located inside the hook so that all you have to do is drill a hole.
INSTALLATION: Locate a stud behind the wall and drill a hole that is less than a 1/4”. Once your hole is drilled, rotate the screw in a clockwise fashion.
INSTALLATION FOR DRYWALL: It is recommended that you anchor into a stud for the best security. If for any reason you cannot locate a stud in your wall, heavy duty drywall anchors at any hardware store should suffice.

Life changing
Format: Paperback
This book completely blew my mind as it broadened my horizons on the opportunities to be found in real estate investing from the other side of the transaction...as the lender rather than the borrower. I'd always had some ill-defined goals around real estate investing that I never seemed to get around to. I finally decided to push past my malaise and start educating myself in earnest. Around the same time I started land lording for my father's recent purchase of a 4-plex in Panama Central America. And I quickly realized that while I loved the general idea of real estate as a wealth building strategy, I didn't want to deal with tenants in my long-run real estate investing journey. Then I happened across a post about the forthcoming book from Beth and Alex and I immediately got the sense that I had found my future niche. The book did not disappoint. I was so inspired and saw myself in so much of Beth and Alex's stories about how they came upon private money lending and how/why it fits into their lives. I am an expat living abroad and want to be able to run my real estate business from anywhere in the world without having to deal with tenants, toilets, or termites. Feeling fully inspired and mission-aligned with the idea of private money lending, I delved into the nitty gritty. The book provides just the right amount of detail and actionable information without being overwhelming. I'll stop writing so you can go order the book and start reading IT instead of this review. You won't be disappointed...even if you pursue some other aspect of real estate investing you will understand both sides of the lending transaction more holistically and walk away a better investor.

Phenomenal book from extremely knowledgeable authors.
Format: Paperback
Real estate investing can often times seem very esoteric, hard to understand and like you are drinking from a fire hose when you are first getting started. That is not the case with this book. It is packed full of practical and instructional knowledge on an otherwise daunting topic. I have known and worked with Alex for a past few years and she has done an excellent job culminating personal and professional experience into this book. You will not find a better one-stop-shop for your Private Lending needs and I am excited to put the lessons and concepts into practice in my business and life.
