Two products that cover a full cycle, from seedling to harvest

One monthly top-dress at every stage, no bottles or mixing Veg + Bloom

All Purpose during veg, Power Bloom during flower, same application rate for both. Top-dress once a month, water normally in between.

All Purpose 4-4-4: balanced NPK for vegetative growth

16 organic ingredients with 75% fast-release nitrogen for quick uptake plus slow-release minerals for steady background feeding. 4.5% calcium, 2.3% sulfur, and trace minerals from glacial rock dust and greensand.

Power Bloom 2-8-4: high phosphorus for flowering and fruiting

14 organic ingredients with 8% phosphorus from four different sources that release at different speeds. Low nitrogen (2%, mostly slow-release) avoids excess foliage during bloom. Same 4.5% calcium and 2.3% sulfur.

Both products share the same application rates

Pre-mix at 3 tablespoons per gallon. Top-dress at 1 tablespoon per gallon monthly. When you switch from veg to bloom, you just reach for the other tub.

Re-amend spent soil with both products for the next cycle

After harvest, mix All Purpose back into the used soil with worm castings and let it cook for 2 to 4 weeks. The same soil works cycle after cycle without buying fresh media.

Works in every common growing medium and with most plants

Pro-Mix, Fox Farm Ocean Forest, Roots Organics, coco coir, peat-based mixes, and garden soil. Tomatoes, peppers, herbs, leafy greens, houseplants, flowers, fruit trees, and most annual or perennial crops.

How to use both products together: the full cycle

1

Pre-mix All Purpose into fresh soil before planting

Blend 3 tablespoons of All Purpose 4-4-4 per gallon of potting mix. Moisten the soil and let it sit 24 to 48 hours before planting so microbes can start breaking it down.

2

Top-dress All Purpose monthly during veg

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of 4-4-4 per gallon of soil on the surface once a month. Scratch lightly into the top half-inch and water in. Between top-dresses, just water normally.

3

Switch to Power Bloom when flowers appear

Top-dress with a 50/50 mix of both products at the first sign of flowering. For subsequent bloom top-dresses, go 100% Power Bloom at 1 tablespoon per gallon every 3 to 4 weeks.

4

Stop 2 to 3 weeks before harvest, then re-amend for next cycle

Let the plant finish on what's already in the soil. After harvest, pull the root ball, re-amend with All Purpose plus worm castings, cook for 2 to 4 weeks, and plant again.

Size guide
  • 500g + 500g: Trial size. Enough for a few pots through one cycle. Good for testing before committing to a larger bag.
  • 2 kg + 2 kg: Home grower standard. Each tub pre-mixes ~60 gal of soil. Covers a 4-plant tent through a full veg and bloom cycle.
  • 10 kg + 10 kg: Multi-cycle supply. Best for growers running continuous cycles or managing multiple tents.
  • 20 kg + 20 kg: Best per-pound value. Ideal for large gardens, raised beds, or commercial operations.
Not sure which size? For most indoor growers with 2 to 6 plants in 5-gallon pots, the 2 kg bundle is the right starting point. Call us if you want help sizing up. 716-217-0353 / [email protected]
Add to your system
  • Gaia Green Worm Castings: Add a scoop with every top-dress and when re-amending soil. Feeds the microbial population that breaks down dry amendments.
  • Gaia Green Glacial Rock Dust: Extra trace minerals (iron, magnesium, manganese) for growers who want to supplement beyond what's in the blends.
  • Soil Re-Amend Kit: Includes both Gaia Green products plus Worm Castings, Mykos, and Azos for a complete re-amendment system.
  • Want individual products? All Purpose 4-4-4 and Power Bloom 2-8-4 are also available separately in all four sizes.

Frequently asked questions
The bundle is priced lower than the combined cost of buying each product individually in the same size. The exact savings depend on the size you choose. Select your size on this page and compare the bundle price to the individual product pages for All Purpose and Power Bloom to see the difference.
The 2 kg bundle. Four plants in 5-gallon pots means 20 gallons of soil. Pre-mixing uses 60 tablespoons total (about 3.75 cups), and you'll top-dress roughly 20 tablespoons per month. A 2 kg tub of each product is enough to pre-mix the soil and top-dress through a full veg-to-harvest cycle with some left over for re-amending. If you run back-to-back cycles without breaks, consider the 10 kg bundle instead.
Mostly you switch. All Purpose goes in during veg. When flowers appear, you transition with a 50/50 blend, then move to 100% Power Bloom for the rest of flower. At the very start, some growers mix a small amount of Power Bloom into the base soil alongside All Purpose so phosphorus is available early for root development, but this is optional. The main pattern is: 4-4-4 during veg, 2-8-4 during bloom.
It depends on your veg and bloom lengths. Most indoor growers veg for 4 to 6 weeks and bloom for 8 to 10 weeks, so you'll typically use more Power Bloom than All Purpose in a single cycle. But All Purpose also gets used for pre-mixing soil and re-amending between cycles, which balances the usage out over time. Getting matching sizes works well for most growers across multiple cycles.
You'll need a growing medium (peat-based potting mix like Pro-Mix, coco coir, or similar) and containers. The two Gaia Green products handle the nutrition. Optional but recommended additions: worm castings (add a scoop with every top-dress for microbial activity), epsom salt (1 tablespoon every 2 weeks under LED lights for extra magnesium), and mycorrhizae (dust the root ball at transplant). None of these are required, but experienced growers find they improve results.
Yes. For outdoor gardens and raised beds, broadcast All Purpose at 5 lbs per 100 sq ft and work it into the top few inches of soil in spring. When plants start flowering or fruiting (tomatoes setting fruit, squash flowering, etc.), side-dress with Power Bloom at the same rate. The same veg/bloom transition logic applies outdoors, just with broadcast rates instead of tablespoons per gallon.

A must read!
Format: Paperback
Hands down, the best book on prompt engineering and implementing LLMs. Really enjoyed Michael and James deep dive. Whether you're technical or not, this book is foundational to a deeper understanding in how to properly explore and implement LLMs.

Helpful for GPT/LangChain framework
Format: Paperback
I applaud the authors for putting forth a comprehensive introduction in a rapidly evolving space. I absorbed a lot, helpful as I was developing a prototype — using open source methods. And that’s where I was disappointed. The LLM and examples are highly adapted to OpenAI’s GPT-x and the bulky LangChain framework, something not obvious until you dig in to the book. Sure, this may be where newbie demand was when the authors began writing. But as the open source models and OpenAI alternatives gain speed (e.g. Llama 3.1, Groq, etc.) this book may quickly need an updated and expanded version to stay relevant.

Good concepts, but uneven depth
Format: Paperback
Some helpful prompt frameworks, but parts felt repetitive and a few sections stayed too high-level for advanced users. Beginners will likely benefit more than experienced practitioners. If you’re new to prompt engineering it’s a decent starting point; if you’re already building structured prompts daily, it may feel light.
