Pale lavender rhythm from Lavandula angustifolia white form

Lavandula angustifolia white form brings the familiar English lavender shape and scent in a paler, softer flowering colour. The creamy spikes read as a light highlight in sunny planting, especially when used in repetition for edging and low, rhythmic lines.

The aromatic foliage stays present after flowering, and the woody base holds structure through winter. In a 6-plant set, it is easy to build a consistent run rather than a single isolated mound.

How the white form grows

Fresh shoots rise in spring and quickly fill out a rounded mound. Flower stems lift in summer, then the plant returns to evergreen texture once spent stems are removed.

Expect around 40-50 cm in height and about 50 cm spread on a settled plant, influenced by pruning and root room. In containers, growth often stays tighter, which suits repeating pots along a terrace or balcony edge.

Sun, airflow and drainage

Open sun keeps growth firm and supports better flowering colour. Drainage is the long-term factor: lavender needs a root zone that does not stay heavy after rain, and a crown that dries quickly.

Most soil types work when structure is open. If your soil is slow to drain, build in grit and keep the crown slightly proud of the surrounding level, so water does not sit at the base.

Watering a set in containers

Use free-draining pots and a gritty outdoor mix that does not stay waterlogged. Water thoroughly when needed, then allow a proper dry-back before the next soak.

Check moisture by depth: when the top third is dry and the pot feels lighter, water deeply and let excess drain away. During extended wet weather, sheltering pots can protect the crown far more than extra watering helps.

Trimming white lavender after flowering

Regular, light shaping keeps the set looking uniform and prevents woody gaps. Trim in green growth where leafy buds are present, so each plant responds evenly.

  • After flowering: remove spent stems and neaten the outline while growth is still active.
  • Spring clean: clip off winter damage once new shoots begin to move.
  • Cut position: stay within leafy growth, avoiding bare old wood.
  • Feeding: keep nutrition modest to maintain firm stems and strong scent.

White lavender issue signals

Softness at the centre or sudden collapse is usually linked to a crown that stayed wet for too long. In pots, blocked drainage holes and overly water-holding mixes are frequent triggers.

Thin flowering usually comes from reduced sun or overly rich soil. A brighter, leaner position tends to improve both habit and bloom.

Planting the 6-pack with rhythm

A 6-plant set makes it easy to build a repeating pattern: a run along a path, a low line beside paving, or a sequence of pots that reads as one design move. Lavandula angustifolia white form also works well with silver foliage, pale grasses, and soft pink perennials where the flower colour keeps the scheme calm.

Best paste and taste
Every once in a while you run into a product of true quality. Time is expensive currency so we’ll keep it concise. This is the best tooth paste we’ve ever tried. All good quality ingredients fluoride free. First thing we noticed is how quick it works, it cleans your teeth super quick used with electric toothbrush cutting brushing time considerably. Leaves mouth feeling clean and smooth plus great taste. A lot of new advanced products in self care tend to have chemical type scents and textures but this tooth paste has a pleasant feel and taste, we got coco ginger. Will buy again.

Tastes great, works great
I love this toothpaste! I’m so happy to have a toothpaste that isn’t mint-flavored. FLAVOR: The taste and smell are so good — the coco ginger flavor is delicious and I legitimately look forward to the taste of it. I was worried that the ginger might be strong/spicy, but it’s nicely balanced. The lavender lemon flavor is also pretty good, like a lemon pastry. The elamint flavor tastes like regular mint toothpaste, just maybe slightly more herbal. SENSITIVITY: I’ve had to use sensitive toothpaste for many years. Any time I switched off it, I would start experiencing sensitivity again within a week or so. I’m really happy to report that this toothpaste offers great sensitivity and enamel protection. WHITENING: I don’t feel that this toothpaste is contributing much in terms of whitening. My previous toothpaste had gentle whitening, and I do feel like I could tell it was working. While my teeth haven’t gotten less white since I switched to Boka, I don’t think they’ve gotten any whiter either. That’s okay with me — the flavor and sensitivity protection are worth it, and I can always do a whitening treatment in the future if I ever feel I need to. TEXTURE: The texture is just like normal toothpaste and brushing with it feels the same as any other toothpaste. It works great with both my manual toothbrush and my electric toothbrush. TUBE: The tube is really nice and sturdy. I like the design of the tube a lot. The text and color scheme are fairly minimalist, and I like that the cap has a wide base so the tube can stand upright. It looks nice on my bathroom shelf. My only small complaint is that it gets harder and harder to squeeze the toothpaste out once the tube is less than half full. Since the tube is so sturdy, it can’t be rolled and folded to get the paste out. I think this issue could probably be resolved easily with one of those squeezing tools, though. I’ll report back if I try it. SIZES: I love that it’s available in both a regular size and a little travel size. I also loved that the travel size allowed me to try out this toothpaste before committing to a whole large one. (Don’t worry, the tube in my photos was full when it arrived! I’ve used half of it.) Overall I highly recommend this toothpaste! I will absolutely buy it again.

Taste Great
This is a great tasting all natural toothpaste that actually does what it claims. My teeth feel so clean and fresh after brushing and the whitening is immediately noticeable, something that caught me by surprise. It's super easy to use and functional like any other toothpaste but without all the foaming at mouth. The ingredients are natural and it's fluoride free. I was looking for more of the ginger to come through but sadly it's hardly noticeable. I do like it but will try the other flavors next time.

Favorite toothpaste! Love the Ginger Flavor
This is my favorite toothpaste! I have very sensitive teeth and this has improved that sensitivity quite a bit. I like that Boka offers many different flavors that aren't typical "kid flavors." I know some folks, especially neurodiverse, are averse to mint and the ginger is nice and refreshing without being overpowering. Nano toothpaste is easy to use, doesn't require water even, and is a nice consistency like a gel. No gritty feeling like with typical toothpaste. My dentist was please with my teeth last time I visited after using for 6 months, so it's doing what it's supposed to do.
