Vackra orangegröna blad, mycket lättskött!

Jämfört med ampelliljan har kamerunliljan ett mer kompakt växtsätt och bredare blad med iögonfallande orange bladstjälkar. Den bildar underjordiska skott, precis som ampelliljan, från vilka nya bladrosetter växer fram. Men eftersom avstånden mellan skotten är korta, utvecklar den inga långa revor utan växer istället som en tät buske.

Botanisk beskrivning.

Chlorophytum orchidastrum härstammar från västra Afrika och tillhör sparrisväxterna (Asparagaceae). Precis som den klassiska ampelliljan (Chlorophytum comosum) är den väldigt lättskött och tålig!

Skötsel.

Chlorophytum trivs bäst i halvskugga till soligt läge. Den bör aldrig torka ut helt, men klarar kortare torrperioder utan problem.

För att stödja dess snabba och kraftiga tillväxt bör den gödslas regelbundet. Under växtsäsongen, från mars till oktober, är det lagom att tillföra näring ungefär varannan vecka i halv dos. Köp Kamerunlilja online!
