These plants are rosette shaped and some can form shrub like growth when allowed to grow large. Echeveria need well draining soil and are prone to damping off if overwatered. Some varieties can handle frost but most can not survive cold, wet winters. Plants in this genus prefer full sun to partial shade depending on desired coloration full sun

Some containers may have 1,2,3, and even 4 smaller rooted plants, this can also vary based on the species and the way they grow, vertical vs horizontal being possible factors.  Containers are basic plastic nursery stock with colors are usually orange or black, and approx. 2" tall and across the top.
