Cruz V3 Stroller
- The Cruz V3 stroller frame is constructed of the same frame as the Cruz V2, combining aluminum with magnesium for optimal lightweight durability and performance. The newly updated Flexride Suspension system keeps the ride smooth with one, two, or even three kids. The no-puncture wheels are now lighter and are equipped with reflective accents to keep you safe when strolling at night.
- XL storage basket allows for easy access to essentials and additional space to store items when out shopping or running errands. The basket is now equipped with dedicated Rain Shield storage for even more convenience. New to the Cruz V3 model is an All-Weather Comfort Seat that includes a removable insert for cooler days and converts to mesh during the warmer seasons, comfort is accessible around the year.
- The telescoping handlebar allows for comfortable height adjustments for parents of varying heights. The handlebars and bumper bars are accented with hand sewn 100% full-grain leather and perforated for added grip. The new fabrics are premium and full-grain leather details are now REACH certified.
- Toddler Seat suitable from 3 months to 50 lbs. The multi-position recline feature allows for added comfort for taking naps or sitting upright to sightsee offering more flexibility with your busy toddler's needs. Now with a higher back and deeper footrest for added leisure. Front and rear-facing capabilities and a one-hand release pivoting bumper bar allow for easy loading and unloading. Made Me Examine My Own Hidden Prisons -- Powerful and Empowering

I was fortunate to read Shaka's book early, and it stands as one of the most profound self-help books I've ever encountered. The experience reminded me of reading MAN'S SEARCH FOR MEANING -- that rare combination of beautiful, raw writing paired with hard-earned wisdom born from lived experience.
What sets HOW TO BE FREE apart are the "Digging Deeper" sections at the end of each chapter, which offer straightforward, specific guidance for breaking free from the hidden prisons that keep us from reaching our potential. These aren't vague platitudes; they're practical tools you can actually use.
While my privileged upbringing couldn't be more different from the experiences Shaka writes about, I quickly discovered that the hidden prisons he explores -- grief, anger, struggles with forgiveness and vulnerability, etc -- are universal. They affect all of us, regardless of our background or circumstances. As someone who loves introspection, I found myself genuinely engaged in examining my own hidden prisons and what holds me back. The book doesn't just tell you about these barriers -- it makes you want to dig into your own.
What his journey gave me wasn't just insight, but confidence. If he could find his version of freedom from solitary confinement, then I have no excuse not to pursue mine.
The writing itself is incredible -- authentic, compelling, and beautifully crafted. I'd read anything Shaka wrote. This book doesn't just teach you about freedom; it shows you the path to find your own.

Profoundly powerful.

I found this book incredibly powerful. A clear, courageous guide to living unbound. An invitation to drop inherited scripts based on adopted norms - think of guilt, grind, respectability - and instead find a path to peace, integrity, and self-trust. I'm a big fan of The Artist’s Way, which helped me unlock creative flow, and How to be Free channels that same liberating energy into life as a whole: how we love, work, heal, and show up every day. It includes simple rituals, helpful reflection prompts, and mindset shifts that make room for full, authentic expression. I already have a long list of friends to give this to.

This was an amazing book! Transformative! It is not a quick read but a manual to really learning to let things go and how to truly be free! I find myself studying it , rereading, contemplating the words, doing the exercises, applying them. You can’t change if you don’t put in the work. This book has really taught me that!
