  • Duck Pond Road

Near the beginning of our drive through New Brunswick Kerri spotted these yellow chairs in a cemetery, and got excited because these chairs are supposed to mark the best views in Canada. So we turned down a random street called duck pond road to investigate.

We later learned that the chairs that are supposed to mark the best views in Canada are red. But the yellow chairs did not disappoint us.

The trees were clinging to the edge of eroding red rocks.

Kerri made Matt sit on a rock for a picture.

Kerri sent Matt way out to the edge of the low tide for scale. Can you find him?

It was many big steps away.

Then he came back and found a very small cave.

The pebbles on the beach were very pretty.

You could probably appreciate them better if Kerri didn’t insist on processing everything until it looks like the remains of an explosion at a paint factory.

Somebody really needs to stop her. But the style seemed to be really popular in New Brunswick. And Kerri has decided to become a popular artiste.

The beach was covered in seaweed.

We found some mud shrimp but something had already eaten them.

  • Saint John City Market

We started off our trip by visiting Saint John’s City Market, the oldest continuing farmer’s market in Canada.

There were people selling lots of seafood, as well as overprocessed pictures.

Kerri decided that overprocessing pictures must be the style in New Brunswick. So if the next few posts look a bit fishy, you’ll know why.
