We had a weird hotel in Bogota
That had weird stairs up to the bed
And a guard rail preventing you from falling from the bed to the first floor, which didn’t stop Matt from trying.
Kerri only put her upper body past the guard rail
Across the hall was a shrine where you could pray not to fall out of bed
But the art in the room seemed less holy
And the monkey skull in the stairwell was an interesting choice
The hotel had lots of interesting places to fall
And some more interesting decor choices
In the common areas
Bogota had a great museum filled with pre-Columbian gold art
But we’re two months behind and no one likes museum pictures so this is all you get to see.
“no one likes museum pictures” – hard disagree. These pics are like an oasis in an endless desert of penguins. It’s great to actually see you guys in the pictures, too. And weird hotels are just fun.
Well we didn’t see any penguins in Columbia, so that’s done. There’s a bunch of hiking coming up. Most of the pictures are just of Matt because he didn’t take any of me though.
