The Adventures of Kerri & Matt

This morning we went on a scenic drive past the many waterfalls in the canyon near Banos.

It had many waterfalls.

Some of them were very close to the path.

So we got wet.

Most of the waterfalls were very small and far away.

We had to stop to see the face of Jesus in the rock.

Kerri had a problem because this is the one that is supposed to be Jesus.

But the only face that Kerri saw was this one.

This is a pretty pink flower.

We found a couple of parrots.

They are funny birds.

They spend a lot of time upside down.

They were eating flowers.

These pretty flowers.

The last waterfall we visited was huge.

We crawled up a very low pathway.

To get right up next to and behind it. We got soaked.

There was lots of water in the air so there was a rainbow.

The waterfall is called the Devil’s Cauldron because this rock is supposed to look like the devil. Kerri can’t see this one either.

It was very pretty.
