Today was our last day of skiing.
It was another beautiful day.
With more mountains.
We went up to the very top of the resort at 3230m and saw the glacier.
We did not managed to hit all 159 lifts in 6 days of skiing. But we really don’t think the magic carpets to the bunny hills should count.
I mean at that point does this count? I think it actually goes further uphill.
We did hit 63/99 of the chairlifts and gondolas. That’s…less than 2/3rds. It’s a big place.
After skiing we did more tobogganing.
Two full 4km runs.
We got much better at staying on the sleds.
But there was still some time spent rolling down the hill.
Matt never managed to catch Kerri wiping out.
So obviously it never happened.
Except for this time, where she got herself so tangled she took a selfie while waiting for Matt to give her a hand.
But in that picture it just kind of look like she’s hanging out with her hand under her knee for no apparent reason. You can’t see the leash to the sled is trying to pull her arm off. And the tension is tightening the wrist strap so that she can’t get it off.
It is also easy to miss the gaping hole in the sleeve of her jacket. We actually thought this jacket was going to make it home ![]()
Then we said goodbye to the hotel with the five course meals and fancy swimming pool.
And our mountain view balcony.
